2. PAYMENT TERMS

3. REVISIONS

This project includes 3 round(s) of revisions. A "revision" means
feedback provided within a single consolidated response — not multiple rounds
of back-and-forth on one set of changes.

Additional revision rounds beyond the included 3 will be billed at
the Designer's standard hourly rate. The Designer will provide a quote before
proceeding with any additional revisions.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Upon receipt of full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive licence to
use the final deliverables for the agreed purpose.

The Designer retains the right to:
  • Display the work in their portfolio and on social media
  • Use the work as a case study or teaching example

The Client does NOT own raw source files, working files, or unused concepts
unless explicitly agreed and invoiced separately.

5. CANCELLATION & KILL FEE

If the Client cancels the project after work has begun:

  • The non-refundable deposit is forfeited
  • If the project is more than 50% complete at time of cancellation,
    a kill fee of 25% of the remaining balance (GH₵ [kill fee amount]) is owed

If the Designer must cancel, any deposit paid will be fully refunded.

6. TIMELINE & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

7. CONFIDENTIALITY
